Support
As
with all computer software, there are times when you
will have a question or a problem when using WebCompiler. If this happens, please take the
following steps:

Reboot - If an application has just started
crashing or giving unexpected messages, try
rebooting your PC. Our experience has been that this
fixes most one-off events. If that doesn't work,

Read the Help File - accessed from the Help menu in
the WebCompiler Project Manager program itself.

Check you are running the latest version of
WebCompiler. From time to time, update releases of WebCompiler to fix known problems and issues. By
displaying WebCompiler's About box, Help/About
menu you can check what build of WebCompiler you
are running. Then check the
downloads page
to see if a more recent build is available. If so,
download and install it to see if the problem goes
away.
